Advertising

Advertising is sold on a monthly basis. Each advertisement will be displayed for the full month without any means of rotation - You're on our page 100% of the time for our users to see. No Clicks Per Month (CPMs) which range in price $1500 to $5000 per month.

Banners

We are rather flexible in our banner prerequisites. You can determine the size of the banner (within normal limits) and the animation time, although we suggest a 5 second run-time so users see all your info before leaving the page. Our only demand is that banner dimensions should be maximum 400x40 pixels, and must be less than 10k in file size (for fast loading) and may NOT contain any adult, indecent, militant, hacking or other objectionable content. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement for any reason. Large banners will pay additional 2% per 1 k over the limit. Banner Location:

Banners may be placed on any of our pages but are limited to two advertisers per page. Once an advertiser chooses a location he has the right to remain on that page as long as his/her account is paid. Additionally, this site uses borders, so an additional banner may be placed on the top and bottom of every page. We reserve the right to limit the number of advertisements that maybe placed on on single and multiple pages by on. Also We reserve the right to place the advertisement at any location on each page, but generally one at the top and one at the bottom. Banners will generally be placed at the top of each page, unless otherwise requested.

Discounts are given for advance purchases 2-Months - 10%, 3-Months - 15%, 6-Months - 25%.

An additional 10% discount is given for renewals (applies to current advertisements by advertiser). Renewals must be made atleast 3 days prior to end of current subscription to received discount.

Discounts are given for purchase of multiple pages (Prominent or Normal Page) by one advertiser 2-5 pages - 10%, 6-10 pages - 15%, 11+ pages - 25%. Multiple page discounts are not cumulative in nature.

Payment must be made by check or money order (No Credit Cards excepted at this time) and in US Funds - additional details will be given when your advertising purchase request is confirmed. There will be no refunds once ad purchase and payment are complete.

This advertising is a mutual agreement between Simple Computing Solutions and you, the advertiser. Less Clicks is not responsible for your ad, product, or service, and any subsequent action resulting from them is your total responsibility. Simple Computing Solutions or Less Clicks may not be named in any legal action regarding your ad - our sole responsibility is to guarantee that your ad remains visible for the period of your subscription time. If, for any reason, Less Clicks, or its host, is inactive for any period of time, that time shall be extended to you upon resumption of services. Less Clicks reserves the right to change thier advertisement terms at any time. The advertiser is soley responsible for tracking click thrus. Less Clicks may provide monthly reports to each advertiser regarding pages, hits, visitors, renewel information and specials from time to time.

Submission Instructions

Upon deciding to advertise on Less Clicks, please read and provide the following details:

Your banner ad will commence as soon as your request is received and if page requested is available and verified (Usually within 72hrs). You will be notified via email with confirmation and payment instructions. All payments must be received with prior to posting your advertisement. If payment is not received within 10 days your request is no longer reserved and may be purchased by somebody else.
